The Apple Pecan salad was delicious, but the chicken was overcooked, dry and hard to chew. I have had this salad many times, and this is the first time that has happened. The greens and the apples were extremely fresh and very good. I love the Pomegranate dressing.

Food was great, but the frosty cold brew I ordered with my Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger Combo tasted like soured milk, so not too thrilled about that.

Food was cold and throw in bags. Sandwiches where open in bags. Drinks werer watered down and soda was flat like it was sitting a while. The baconator was a joke, barely any bacon. Ordered the new Wednesday meal and it was awful, nothing made it special,I'm so confused what I bought? It was supposed to be special and it was thrown in the bag with all the other fries and nuggets. There was literally no difference. It was $12 for a meal that wasn't anything special. Super disappointed. I haven't ordered from this store in a long time because of this same experience but thought I would try again. Won't be ordering from this store again.

Where's the bacon? The fries were extremely salty. The nuggets was the best part of it.
