Too much ice in the Almond Date Smoothie (contains nuts). It was flavourless. Not like that at other stores. They also didn't include a straw. Bar - Brownie was in a bag and stuck to the bag.

I ordered twice yesterday (once then got a free one because the milk in my coffee was as curdled and lumpy ) and the second one was the same way. I order from second cup almost daily so I was disappointed in this. Hoping the one I order today isn't like that.

There was an error on the app and we were unable to get the sandwich's we ordered. An employee at second cup called to let us know, still made our drinks & also gave us free cookies!!

I like the quality of the products from Second Cup. The value for money seems a bit poor though, you don't get a lot in terms of portion sizes.
