Knuckle sandwiches is the greatest local sandwich (etc.) restaurant in Augusta. I love their fries.. actually I love every item on their menu! The kitchen staff's ability to cater to my specific tastes when requested is a huge plus for me as well! And the front of house staff is always so friendly and efficient! I would eat here every day if carbs weren't real. :) my go-to order is a grilled cheese both ways with bacon! (Swiss, cheddar, tomatoes, mushrooms +bacon) with an extra order of their homemade sauce.

it turns out you don't have to be completely drunk to enjoy knuckle sandwiches it is just as delicious at home. the grilled cheese with mushrooms and the Grilled Cheese with mushrooms and tomato had a nice kick to the marinade, but it was just a warm day compared to the delicious heat of the Jalepeño Melt. Knuckle Sandwiches never disappoints.

Went to Knuckle Sandwich in downtown Augusta and tried the Black Eye Chicken Cheesesteak — it was seriously so good. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, the toppings were fresh, and everything melted together perfectly. The bread was soft with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. Portions were great too. Definitely one of the best sandwiches I’ve had downtown lately. Super yummy and I’ll absolutely be back to try more off the menu!

Five stars! The burger is amazing and so fresh even with delivery. The fries are the perfect amount of crispy and spicy. The Thai ranch sauce is the bomb! Best burger and fries in town!
