Xi'an Flour Cold Noodle / 西安面皮 is always in good quality. they always put the saue aside so that you can adjust the level of flavor you want. Totally recommended.Spicy Oil-Splashed Noodles 油泼面 on the other hand need some improvement with the quality of noodles. Noodles were dry and not freshly made.

This is the first actually incredible food I have had in this area. Braised pork in the burger beautifully seasoned and perfect balance of fat. Noodles were perfect texture and well dressed, not swimming in chili oil. The beef and rice was tender, so delicious, well seasoned. If I could give all of this 10 stars... I would give 100. Thank you so, so much for the amazing meal. Looking forward to next time already!

Braised Chicken / 黄焖鸡 had splintered shards of bone throughout making it inedible and dangerous.
Glutinous Rice & Date Cake / 甄糕 had a disclaimer on the box to "watch out for date pit". would have never orderedif the disclaimer had been on the app description. still tried to eat it and even with the warning found it impossible to effectively eat around the date pits without cracking a tooth.

I got the Rougamo Plus / 优质肉夹馍, and the Onion beef with rice 洋葱肥牛饭. Both were good, very approachable. But both lacked much distinct flavor. The meats were seasoned some, and the flavor they had was nice; there just wasnt much of it.
