Homemade Potato Pancakes are absolutely amazing. Crispy around the edges and soft in the middle, and piping hot! You can tell the eggs and bacon were cooked fresh to go along with it and the cheese and sour cream balance it perfectly. I will absolutely be back! (Also the cute handwritten note on the delivery bag was a sweet touch)
