Yarusso is the best Italian restaurant in St. Paul, MN. Their food is so flavorful that it's hard to put the fork down even when you're full. Their spaghetti sauce & meatballs are my favorite. My husband loves their fettuccine with their Italian sausages. Their food tastes just like Mrs. Baglios our next door neighbor. Absolutely delicious.

I have gone to Yarusso's for many years. This was the first time it was terrible. Sauce was runny like water, meatballs had zero flavor, portion was much less than normal. Sadly, but wont be ordering Yarusso's anymore.
