I ordered the Tonkotsu, extremely good.
has every flavor you expect nailed perfectly. I do think the noodles themselves seemed odd, super thin compared to what I'm used to. but delicious nonetheless.

I got the Spicy Miso ramen and Gyoza, and both were great! The gyoza was nice and crispy, and had a lot of flavor. The ramen almost seemed like it needed some salt at first taste, but once it all processed it was absolutely perfect and well balanced. I really appreciate that they packaged the noodles and broth separately, And that they provided a broth spoon! Will order again.

The Dry Garlic noodles are so delicious. The egg makes it so creamy & love the garlic nori. Such a yummy dish. The Spring Rolls are some of the best I've ever had IMO. I don't think I'll be able to try anything different from now on because I love these so much!!!

I love Casa Ramen. The Tonkotsu is my fav and they always deliver such incredible quality food. High recommend this ramen!!!

I'vejad Vegetarian ramen at man places and this one was terrible. very few vegetables and no tofu as was referenced in the menu. The broth had no flavor. I had doctor it up with stuff from my fridge. The a Agedashi Tofu and Tossed Brussel Sprouts were good. The creme brulee was interesting but good.
