my mother is super picky and she said this is the best chicken sandwich she's ever had!! that's big deal at our house if she likes it with flavor/seasoning. my mom's no seasoning person. I was very surprised she loves the flavor of GRACIE'S CHICKEN SANDWICH. I love the HOUSE MADE TOTS. it was a great price and tasty food.

I would't normally leave a bad review but they have decreased their portion sizes significantly. I paid $15 for about 5 bites of food. Ive ordered in the past and it was never like this. Just increase your prices instead of charging the same amount for less food and not letting your customers know that.

Skimpy on fries and they were also a bit over cooked. I was missing avocado on my CHIMI BURGER. The burger was also overcooked and dry. Chimi sauce is one note that didn't help with the dryness or flavor that much. 6/10 BUILD YOUR OWN BURGER was 9/10!

I used to love this restaurant but this was SUPER disappointing. The cheesesticks were awful, used to be my favorite cheesesticks in Columbus. I've had the spicy SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH before and it was thick and juicy. This was flat and burnt, I can't even eat it.
Sadly, I don't nt think I'll be ordering from this restaurant ever again.

Bacon was floppy, didn't seem fully cooked. If there's bacon on a burger you think it would be crispy. Sadly disappointed. Also, not sure what was all over my fries. Some weird beer cheese? Would not order from here on DoorDash. Maybe in person when it's fresh- but the bacon was still gross.
