• 24-01-25The #65 Portabella Chicken Cheese Steak was pretty much all mushroom, very little chicken and way too much mushroom, as if they were low on chicken and filled it with a bunch of mushroom. I couldn't finishing eating it, it overpowered the whole sandwich. I have had this sandwich multiple times, this is the first time this has happened.

• 23-12-02Not edible. Dripping with oil and vinegar and falling apart because of it. I get this sandwich all the time, made the exact same way, and it has never been like this. This person obviously did not know what they were doing. Taste sour. I'm glad Jersey Mike's is back in Bartlett, but they need to work on their training.

• 24-11-11Jersey Mike's absolutely drowns their tuna sandwiches in oil and vinegar, to where the bread is falling apart and the sandwich cannot be eaten by hand. Without any wet condiments, the tuna salad is on the dry side. However, the Club Deluxe sandwich and the cookies were great.

• 26-02-19The staff was super helpful! I had to bring my baby girl inside to pick up my order, and one gentleman (I didn't catch his name, but he was working the front counter and had long locs) offered to carry my meal to the car for me. It was a small gesture that meant a lot! My order was just right and tasted amazing! I will be ordering again for sure.
