Unfortunately even the fries were soggy. The Hand-Scooped Ice-Cream Shakes™ I got was barely half full, the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger® Combo was bland as well as the Double Famous Star®and no extra onions or pickles I could discern. Really the only good thing was the Coke. Probably will be glossing over them for awhile.

Asked for extra special sauce on the Famous Star® with Cheese and it came with extra ketchup instead. Overwhelmingly smothered in it. Staff mistake.. not the burger's fault.
The Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich didn't have much flavor (I added a sprinkle of salt which really brought out the flavor) and the chicken was a bit small for the bun. Added lettuce and tomato for free which was a delicious and added freshness. Love that they offer extra lettuce and tomatoes on most burgers for free.
Disappointed with the staff but would order again.

fries were worst I have ever had from carls Jr's. the chicken stars had hollow spots which we have never seen before and we order chicken stars fairly regularly.

I am absolutely hooked on the Super Star with cheese. I also would like to mention that when i walk in for a to go order, the service is always friendly and courteous. I can appreciate that.
