Carl's Jr food in general has been falling in quality for years. I worked at a Carl's Jr restaurant in Ventura in the early 1980s, and the food was excellent at that time, but the company was still owned by the Karcher family, so that would probably be one reason why the food was superior. These days the buns are rather tasteless, and tend to absorb the sauces and flatten out. The lettuce lacks texture, and is better suited for floral arrangements than hamburgers. I am really disappointed in what has become of a once top notch fast-food restaurant.

Everything was cold my sandwich had northing on it I mean northing on it jus the chicken the bread was hard my fries was cold whoever work at night at this carls jr thanks a lot {mostly college kids doing whatever }is Polly why this food was nasty and cold  thanks for taking my $15 door dash and Carls jr
