This was our first time ordering from Rosi's, and we WILL be back! Everything was SO delicious! Prices were fair for the amount of yummy food we received. They only sell in Saturdays, so now we have to wait until Saturday. Looks like we now have a "Saturday spot"!

I ordered 1 mushroom & olive empanada and 2 lomo saltados. While the 1st driver was waiting for my order, he messaged me and said that Rosi's was not taking DD app orders, even though they had confirmed my order. I tried calling Rosi's 3 or 4 times, and it was going straight to voicemail. I receive a message from a 2nd driver telling me that they were now waiting for my order, which made me think the 1st driver was BS'ing. I then get a message from a 3rd driver letting me know that they were now waiting for my order (of 1 empanada), because by then the store had finally then cancelled the 2 lomo saltado orders, for which I received credit. I kept trying to call the store so that I could add to my order, because I needed enough for 2 meals, and again, the store didn't pick up yet another 3 phone calls. I ended up paying almost $11 for a single empanada (cost of the empanada, plus DD fees, taxes). I was thinking and hoping that to make up for cancelling my initial order AFTER the 1st driver had arrived, and not letting me know that they were "sold out" of what I had ordered until after the 2nd driver had left, that they were going to at least throw in at least one empanada. But no. Not only did they fail to communicate, they didn't pick up ANY phone calls, and they did nothing to make up for their lack of customer service. Lastly, the olive-mushroom empanada had zero olives, zero cotija. It was all mushrooms. I will probably never order from this store again, or at least until they improve their customer service. 2 thumbs down!
