We both got grilled Grilled Cheese with Swiss cheese. these were on Texas toast and we're really tastey. my husband said his fries were perfectly cooked. I had the deep Fried Mushrooms and they were also good. They were pretty large, so I was very full by the time we were done. My banana milkshake was honestly the best banana milkshake I have ever had.
Kudos to Best Burger for packaging our food in recyclable plastic instead of Styrofoam.
I also want to mention our Dasher Van Khoa. He was quick, extremely polite, and dressed very nicely! He made a great impression.
Overall, it was a very positive Door Dash experience!

I have been a regular at Best Burger for many years. This order was very disappointing.. The fish in the fish sandwich only cover 3/4 of the bun. Not as big as it use to be. Paid extra to have pepper jack cheese on it, but there wasn't any. The Footlong Philly Cheesesteak had plenty of steak but very few onion and no peppers. For the price I paid don't think I will be coming back. Culvers is much better. Onion rings, Fried Pickles and shakes were still good.

Best Burger on door dash is always hot and delicious!! The Hot Pastrami Sandwich is one of our favorites as well as the Patty Melt. The Onion Rings were still crispy and hot. Everything is always made the way we asked for it - we love this place!

We’ve always had good experiences here, which is why this visit was so disappointing.
Normally the fries and tater tots are one of the best parts of the meal—hot, crispy, and cooked perfectly. Today was the complete opposite. Both the fries and tater tots were cold, soggy, and seemed undercooked. We only live about a mile away, so they definitely didn’t get that way during the drive home. On top of that, my burger was missing the lettuce, tomato, and onion, even though JT’s burger had all of those toppings. I’m hoping this was just an off day because we’ve had consistently good food here in the past. I just wanted to leave some honest feedback since the quality today wasn’t what we’ve come to expect.

Best Burgers. My first time trying this place. they even wrapped it up perfectly , not a drop was out of place when i unwrapped my burger. corn dogs and fries also fantastic! and Very generous on the condiments!.
