Called to tell them I had an allergy, since they don't let you write it in. I placed the order about 4 minutes after the order, as I had to look up their number.
The file told me he had already made the order so too .Yet after some back and forth, lying to me saying it had already been picked up, and talking to his owner he agreed to remake the order with the allergy precautions
Only half the order arrived, I ordered 4 scoops and they only sent 2. Because of way the ice cream was packaged, I assumed the scoop was underneath the first, but there was no second scoop. When I pay more than 30.00 for ice cream, it better be what I order. Now the dude won't even answer the phone. In an effort to save product you get a shitty customer service review. I hope it was worth it.
