Small chicken strips and wilted old salad leaves. They never give the 2 dressing packets per salad. If I order 1 salad I get 2 dressings. But 2 salads only get 1 each. This has been consistent over many orders.

This Galleria location is so awful (soggy fries, rubber nuggets) that I now pay extra to order via the Chick-fil-a app and select the S. Rice location which is awesome. Wish DD let customers pick the location!

We do group orders from CFA in the uptown area and it always pulls from the galleria location. All of us in the office notice a difference in quality from the Galleria versus a stand-alone location. Disappointing.

Who doesn't like Chic-fil-A? Every location that I have ordered from or eaten inside, it's clean, and the food has always been excellent. The staff is well trained and the service outstanding!

Chick fil a has solid salads, possibly the best fast food salad option out there, however I'm not sure if it's only my location or if it's ALL locations that are quite terrible at remembering to provide me with dressing. The system allows you to select 2 dressings, but they NEVER give you 2. There have even been times when I've ordered 2 salads and only received one dressing. What's with the inconsistency?
