Hot Cafe never fails to deliver the best Lao food in the area with authentic flavors. It has been around since I was in diapers and my family has always came here when we didn't feel like cooking or are shopping in the area. Accessible and great portions for the price point. You can't get a lot of the menu items anywhere else, so they are truly a gem for those who love Lao food! Now that I'm an adult, I often order during my work lunch breaks because the meal beats fast food any day! Will always be a regular and support for years to come!
I've been sharing Lao dishes with my Hispanic in-laws and their favorites are Spicy Beef Salad (Num Touk) ,Larb Salad , Chicken Basil Fried Rice, Sticky Rice , and the Pad Thai.
My favorites are the Lao Papaya Salad, Khao Piak, Gaeng Nor Mai, and Mok Pha.
Their Fresh Sugarcane Juice is the best! Truly refreshing and remind me of the Lao New Year days!

I tried the duck pho and thai tea, the pho was so flavorful i almost regretted adding sauces to it. It was my first time trying duck and i'm very satisfied! Also a large portion, it'll probably last me a couple days. The thai tea was yummy too, perfect flavor.

Larb Salad is delicious, comes with sticky rice and a bag of very fresh cabbage and Thai basil. I got the pork. Always yummy thank you!! Also fast delivery. Portion good enough for two meals if you don't gorge yourself.

I usually add sriracha to pho because sometimes it just helps add flavor but this broth is delicious by itself! Great quality and portion size and the spring rolls are so crisp, goes perfectly with the sauce

I got the Pho Noodles with chicken, everything is packaged exceptionally well so that you can assemble it when it arrives. The greens maintain their freshness so they don't get soggy before your order arrives. The broth itself tastes amazing and it comes in a big portion for the price. I would most definitely order this again!
