• 24-07-29Writing as a former pizzaria worker. This pie was EXCELLENT! The first timewe ordered from Etherial the crust was too tick, had too much sour sauce. But this time we orded with light sauce and the overall quality of the pie was fantastic. The crust was crisp and chewy with a moist airy crumb. The propper amount of sauce, that tasted better on its own. The amout and bake on the cheese was perfect, reminded me of the old school Saputo Gold mozzerrlla. They even used the correct oregano (the kind we use on pizza is different than what you buy at the store). I think this is the best pizza we have had in Lexington so far (yes, better than Goodfellas) as it reminds me most of the pizza I grewup making and eating outside of NYC. As long as you order with light sauce, I cannot recommend this place enough.

• 26-02-18Chicken Philly and Classic Meatball were large, delicious, freshly prepared sandwiches. Cannoli was better than average with crispy shell and cool, creamy filling. Garlic Knots were good but very small. Definitely will order again.

• 25-11-09Originally from NY so I am very picky when it comes to pizza. This pizza was honestly amazing. You can tell it was made from quality ingredients and was cooked perfectly. The Greek salad was fresh and an impressive portion size. The prices were reasonable as well. This will be my new pizza spot.

• 24-10-12Fried Ravioli is always great and distribution of additional cheese on ravioli and in sauce makes it extra special. 18-in pizza also always a win and appreciate for price the ingredients are generously spread.

• 23-12-28Top-notch New York-Italian-style pizza! My husband and I ordered the - wait for it - Brooklyn pizza, sans the mushrooms just because we don't like fungi. We also ordered the huge Garlic Knots, which comes with marinara that tastes like maybe it's more pure than processed. It tasted like it was made with primarily tomatoes and didn't have a ton of sugar in it, as most processed marinara does. It seemed like maybe the same marinara was used on the pizza. So yes! You'll notice a difference, but for the good!
