When you order 5 guys, you expect a lot of protein and a large quantity of fries. What happened? The burger patties were so thin that they weren't even holding a circular shape! The fries... if you're going to charge $8 for fries, bring back the cup! They've changed their fries into a Mc Donald's small side paper pouch! And I ordered the regular size, not the tiny ones. I'm so disappointed.

Burger was good as always. I looooooove the burger, it's so good! The hotdog was trash. Hotdog is wayyyyy to small to cut in half & add toppings - pls just go to Costco. Costs 1.50 for a hotdog & it's sold better than their now removed polish sausage.

I know they have a scoop so you get an exact amount of "overflow" fries in your bag, but this portion of Large Fries felt small. The cup was barely full, when I recall Five Guys being the place to get an absurd amount of fries (especially for the price!!!). Milkshake (Oreo) was good, with a fair amount of cookies in there.

The bun was not cooked all the way through on the hamburger and I ordered a large fry and got what I think is a small fry in a little envelope packet instead of one of the cups. There was hardly enough to really fill what would've been the small cup. Not cool.
