The Fried Ho Fun with Beef / 干炒牛河 was amazing! It was so flavorful and one of the best I've had. The beef was tender and well seasoned. I absolutely loved the rice noodles. The staff was nice and fast. I will keep coming back and am excited to try more.

I've been wanting to try soup dumplings and I ordered the Pan Fried Soup Pork Bun 6 / 生煎包6. They had a soft top and a crunchy bottom. They were meaty and juicy with soup. Very flavorful. The Hot and Sour Soup / 酸辣汤 was also tasty with the right amount of spice and veggies. The Sweet & Spicy Crispy Chicken / 左宗棠鸡块 was good but it didn't have any spice, which was a little disappointing, still tasty, but was more of a sweet and sour chicken versus sweet and spicy. The Stir Fried Noodle / 炒面 was also good but I feel like it could have been more flavorful. Overall, I would highly recommend!

We loved the Stir Fried Green Been-四季豆 they were so flavorful and cooked perfectly. The Chinese Beef Roll-牛肉卷饼 was also amazing!!! Definitely a MUST try if you love cilantro and hoisin sauce. The Stir Fried Noodle-炒面 I would not recommend. Though it was a very generous portion, the flavor wasn't there. I wish I had ordered a different dumpling or bok choy instead. I wouldn't recommend. The Pork Wonton in Chili Oil(10)-红油抄手(10) were very good and spicy just added a tad bit of soy sauce and YUM! Different spice from what I am used to but I loved the flavor and heat.

Pork Pot Stickers(6)-锅贴(6) were mushy, bland, and oily. Didn't eat more after one bite.
Pork Wonton in Chili Oil(10)-红油抄手(10) had a cloying, uncooked-spice taste. Didn't eat more after one wonton.
BBQ Pork Bun(4)-叉烧包(4) were alright. The only edible food in the order. Pretty disappointing waste of money.

Fried Ho Fun w.Beef-干炒牛河 was just okay flavor wise - healthy portion (could feed 2-3 people).
Pork Wonton in Chili Oil(10)-红油抄手(10) - the pork was seasoned well and that's what made it edible. The chili sauce was somewhat spicy with bland to no flavor. A week ago I had the same dumplings at Xin Ding Dumpling House in Portland Oregon that was amazing - the chili oil was flavored so well I went there twice in one week.
Being that the underwhelming flavor was an issue for both dishes, I won't be ordering from here again.
