The Six Arms Goddess Salad was 1/3 of a chicken breast, the dressing came in small cup that was 1/2 filled with dressing. It was a disappointment. Mostly lettuce and onion.

I don't understand how it's so hard to not put unwanted ingredients on a burger. Multiple times in a row now when we've ordered no tomato, etc it comes on it anyway.
This generally is good place but this shows a real lack of care.

The Dungeon burger was very dry. I didn't really notice the mushrooms. I've had this before and don't recall it being dry and remember juicy mushrooms in every bite but that wasn't the case. Also, part of my order was missing.
