Regularly are out of key ingredients + toppings, which they do not me aware to you until pickup. Also do not have all items available at specific stores, and yet will have them listed on DoorDash as available and charge you for them. For instance, Century City does not have juice shots, and their staff either cannot or will not reimburse. They instead direct patrons to ask for a refund in app.
Overall frustrating and not a place that can reliably handle online orders.
