I love my Firehouse in Kissimmee! They taste great, my order is usually always ready and they wait on us fast, even in drive-thru! Keep up the great work folks!

I love their subs. Always tastes fresh with great quality. Their Extra Cheesy Mac n Cheese is one of the better Mac and cheeses put out by other fast food/casual locations. Unfortunately, the Fries (I really like this type of fry) were almost 50% of the portion i usually get and there was no dipping sauce. I hope it was just a one-off as for the price, it wasn't worth it this time.

Firehouse subs changed quality of meat. It's now like cardboard and has all most no real meat flavor. In my opinion: I was around when they first opened. The subs were good quality and very tasty. About 35 years ago. Now it's a garbage sub no better than subway

By far the worst experience I've had from here - usually good. The bread was wet and mushy, one of the sandwiches was actually upside down and apart like it was literally thrown into the container.

Haven't had a sandwich from here in a while. I took advantage of the %50 off select items offer. It was absolutely delicious. As long as they have deals I will definitely keep getting my sandwich's here!
