You know how you're really looking forward to a good Chipotle bowl, but you feel the lightness of the bag and instantly know that you've gotten a small portion that just isn't going to cut it. Your heart sinks. Sometimes you get a fair portion, other times it's light, and it's always unpredictable. The food is good no matter what, but the experience isn't always good. They have to be more consistent. Even the $7.65 guacamole container wasn't filled, and the container is not that big to begin with.

The food consistently is good, but the portions are unpredictable and often laughably small. See the image of the salsa... I was charged $3.25 for what amounted to two tablespoons of salsa. It's a small container to begin with, and it wasn't even half full.

rice was way overcooked and mushy and the few tiny pieces of chicken were burnt. not up to Chipotle standards

Insultingly small portion size for the price. $30 without dash pass for a single burrito bowl with guac only to get a quarter of the serving size you get in the restaurant.

Nothing tasted fresh. chips were stale. Chicken in the Burrito was Luke warm and tasted like it had been cooked a while ago and the rest of the burrito ingredients weren't as fresh as usual. I usually get better from here.
