My door dash driver was great. Very prompt. I have been to this store many times, and have always been very happy. The order I received this evening looked and tasted as if was prepared yesterday. The rice was cold, very few of the other ingredients I ordered, and the chips were stale. I paid $22 and change, for food that wasn't worth 5 bucks.

These were the best burrito bowls we've gotten from you EVER! The items were perfect amounts of each. The steak was so tender and the barbacoa was just as wonderful. Also all 3 of us ordered fajita veggies and they were very nicely sized and tender---the amount was perfect. Usually they either forget the fajita veggies or the amount is very little. Awesome job tonight! We are very pleased and look forward to our next order.

I've had chipotle before and it was not great. I'm not sure if it's just this location, but it is very good, burritos are great, burrito bowl is full, and the pricing is reasonable. For as long as they can hit this criteria I will likely place many orders. I regret being unable to say this more often, but very nice work guys

I try to be sympathetic when it comes to fast food places because I've worked at a few , but I've ordered from this place a couple of times now and the quality is consistently terrible. First, I ordered the same burrito I usually get and, yet again, it was half tortilla with a small amount of filling (not an exaggeration, I bit into it and got a mouthful of tortilla with a bit of salsa ). Said burrito was also haphazardly-wrapped (i.e. only 3/4 wrapped, the sticker was actually ON the burrito) with more sour cream between the foil and tortilla than actually inside the burrito itself (this seems to be a consistent issue at this particular location). Second, the staff is somewhat rude. I usually just ignore it, as I understand working food service isn't easy, but to call my name in such a way as if I was personally bothering you isn't cool. I didn't even speak to the person who handed it to me before they handed me my order. I don't usually write reviews, but honestly I feel like I have to at this point.

Very small portions unlike if I ordered it in person. Rice under cooked. Beef fat chunks. And extremely a lot of cheese. Will definitely not order again
