I loved all three dishes I ordered. Dry Fry Beef Hor Fun Fun was my favorite, followed closely Salt & Pepper Fish. The Sesame Chicken was also really good, though I wish the sauce had more sesame flavor instead of sweet & sourish. I can't wait to try the rest of their menu.

The Simon's Garlic Chicken was very tender and lightly fried. The sauce was very thick and probably too sweet for me. The Mongolian Beef had a unique flavor I couldn't quite identify, maybe fish sauce? Once I got used to it, I quite enjoyed it.

The Salt & Pepper Pork Chop was great, very flavorful. Heavily fried if you like that style, unlike the Salt & Pepper Fish which is very lightly breaded and fried. Some of the pieces still have a little bone, so watch your teeth.
The Original Broccoli Beef wasnt my favorite. The beef was very tender, but not very flavorful. The carrot and broccoli pieces were still very hard, and nearly raw, which some of you might prefer.

As someone who remembers the days of entrees coming with rice, having the container I paid for separately be only half full is pretty irritating. Everything was delicious though which is the most important thing
