Everything was hot and fresh although I ordered last minute on DoorDash before they closed. They were nice enough to pack me free soup!! The dumplings and dry hot pot were are very flavorful. I'm overall impressed.

First, the food has great flavor. Nothing too salty or spicy. Flavor on point. The issue we had was the amount of grease/oil in the food. 34 Beef Wrap 牛肉卷饼 is delicious but the wrap/pancake was so greasy that a paper towel was soaked in the grease. In the photo, you can see the oil pool in the container - after it had already been wiped out with a paper towel. The 48 String Beans & Eggplant 豆角焖茄子, again, great flavor, but we had to strain the sauce and it was a small amount of sauce floating on a puddle of oil. Not sure if this is normal, or if we just ordered at a busy time, but eater beware! This was the first time we ordered from this restaurant. If this was the norm, we probably won't order from here again.

This is the best Chinese food I ever had. The portion size is huge. The flavor is umami. This is authentic. Entire meal is fresh. Just wow. Smell 10/10 flavor 10/10 best hands down

54 Salt Pepper Fried Fish Fillet 椒盐鱼片was really dry. Seems double fried. 88 Egg & Vegetable Chow Mein 鸡蛋素炒面 was to dry and lack wok flavor. Egg 35 Vegetable Spring Rolls 素春卷 was soggy due to poor packaging. 63 A Choy 蒜炒A菜 was okay. The best thing was the 13 Boba Milk Tea 珍珠奶茶!
