I was really disappointed with my Super Greens Bowl. The bowl is misleading because it looks large, but once you open it, the actual portion is much smaller than it appears. There was barely any protein, and I only received two small falafel balls, which is not filling for the price.
The pita bread looked like it was just tossed into the bag without any care. On top of that, everything tasted bland and lacked flavor. Overall, the meal felt overpriced and underwhelming.
I would not recommend it. You are honestly better off making a similar bowl at home for less money with better portions and much more flavor.

Absolutely shocked by the portion size for what I paid. My bowl was barely filled, and I could literally count 4 halves of cherry tomatoes.
I usually enjoy CAVA, but this was honestly disappointing. For the price, I expect a full, satisfying bowl—not something that looks like they ran out of ingredients halfway through making it. The portions definitely need to match the price.

This location is CHEAP on their ingredients. I am holding up the bowl at 90 degrees for the pic to show because nothing fell out. I clicked the max on the item toppings and all the other cavas (it's a fave place) Ive visited have always been more generous. This is the second time with this store where they have been stingy. It's not worth it. I'll choose another CAVA & even pay the extra distance fee for another location now. Very disappointing to see. Especially when you are a busy working, hungry, nursing mom and just want a healthy filling meal.
