I LOVE THAI BISTRO SUKSABAY!!!! EVERYTHING from here is so delicious, so Ono!!! You cannot go wrong with any selection. MY favorites are the Pad Thai and House Fried Rice . Their curry is out of this world, too!!! Great service and consistent quality is what makes them my #1 Asian-style restaurant in Aiea.

The Pumpkin Curry is always delicious. This price for delivery/pickup is ridiculous though considering it doesn't even come with any white rice for the curry. It literally is just the curry and if you order in restaurant it comes with basic white rice without ordering any sticky rice upgrade etc. Also, the beef in the Pineapple Fried Rice was really tough.

The red curry tastes great but the eggplant is marinated in some kind of fish sauce. It leaves an extremely unpleasant after taste if you are not expecting fish. I like eggplant and was expecting it along with bamboo shoots to be in any Red Curry/Angry Cury/ Devils Curry (just not the fish flavor).
I added shrimp. It came with 5 shrimp for $4. The rice is separate but was good. You can choose between regular jasmine and sticky White Rice
I liked the curry flavor so I would order from the place again but not the Red Curry or anything else that contained eggplant here.
