They ran out of boba. They substituted it for custard but hardly put any. Ordered Matcha Bananza, had no matcha flavor, only banana.

I usually have a great drink, but today had old, dry boba bits in it, which ruined this experience. Usually great though <3

The best boba spot around. Everything I have tried I absolutely love. The Ceylon milk tea, butterfly pea tea, Tropico bliss, berry matcha, chai, etc.

This not a dasher problem but more of a store issue. While the drinks are of good quality, Taro Milk Tea and Tataro-Land that were ordered hot have ice in them and were freezing cold. This is not the first time this happened so I am putting in a review so that the store can improve on this.
