Simple, gourmet burgers cooked on a cast iron and hand-cut fries.
All around a great burger: fresh, flavorful, good quality ingredients. Despite being a thinner smash patty, the beef is tender, juicy, not overpowered (would still recommend at least a double), and the patty itself not too airy. Everything was very proportionate, with the sweetener notes from the pickles, bun, and sauce creating something cohesive that makes this really unique against the savoriness of the patty without dominating it. The sauce hits PERFECTLY on the aftertaste-- creamy and a little sweet but very thorough and uniquely seasoned... very fresh and flavorful, tastes in house!!!
Pickles were great too!!! Such a unique flavor a little burst of sweetness so cohesively integrated against a tangy, savory, but not too salty fresh flavor. Very crisp and fresh!!!
Not too messy/ soggy nor too salty/ oily at all
Great portion of fries-- so fresh and flavorful!!!! Natural potato flavor was very well accentuating by the peanut oil, and even more pronounced without too much salt distractingly getting in the way-- never felt like an excessive oil, not too greasy either. They were so satisfyingly soft but still dense and perfectly crispy-- shoestring style but not too small/ thin at all and perfect for shoveling multiple into your mouth at once!!!! Not really any weird pieces.
Didn't particularly care for the sauce as a dip (felt a bit too sweet here), but I can see how it can become a favorite so unique.

Texas Sweet Heat is the best burger I've ever had in my life. Dirty fries are the cherry on top. I have ordered it again too many times to count. Small burgers but are so satisfying and worth every penny.

Best burger I've eaten last decade!! I'll never stop ordering from here... just the freshness of bun and flavor of burger is enough to buy ona daily. Also they have some of the best cookies I've eaten. I don't write reviews so take my review with a pound of salt lol!

the DJ's Classic Burger was incredible, I've never had such a good burger.
the DJ's Fries* are wee well salted, and perfectly cooked, very good with the skin still on
the DJ's "Dirty" Fries are incredible, really tangy and smoky, so good.
this is genuinely the best burger and fries I've had in years!!

Always a winner, just so consistently good. One of our favorite local places! Incredible smash burgers and yummy fries, and we love the sauce.
