Every knot in my order was burnt black on top. ( 6 Garlic Knots )
The Chicken Parmigiana was good. The packaging wasn't great. More than half the cheese was stuck to the lid.
The Chocolate Pie was underwhelming. I was excited to try this but when I opened the container, the portion was tiny and didn't look appetizing at all.
For the price of the food, I expected much better. I won't be ordering from here again.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I lived in Queens for a few years and this place is the best I've managed to come across in the Carolinas. Hands down soild option. The owner is awesome and the service is not only great, but consistent about it as well. You can't go wrong with Richie's

Flavors were great. Wished there had been more than 1 gnocchi in the Chicken & Gnocchi Soup. The Kids Spaghetti & Meatball had the perfect texture and flavor. The presentation of the Tiramisu was poor ad the flavor was pretty bland. Overall, the food was yummy.

While the pizza was good and true to size, it was very expensive! I misread while ordering, thinking it was 16" because it was right below that section. I would have happily paid $24 for 16"...10" is an astronomical price!

the 1st pizza we ordered from here was amazing. recently it's been short on cheese, way over cooked and just not worth the money.
