Delicious ice cream. Not sure about the quality of the chocolate fudge sauce. Looked and tasted a bit thin, the way hersheys syrup comes out of the bottle rather than the thick consistency of homemade hot fudge sauce. Tasty but hoped all ingredients would be more premium

I don't eat ice cream very often but if I do, it's going to be one of Mashti Malone's crazy inventive flavors, and it's gonna have a baklava on top. The lavender ice cream gives me life.

Avoid ordering from Mashti Malone’s Ice Cream on DoorDash.
They accepted my order, then claimed they were out of a key item after prep had already started. Instead of canceling or offering an equal substitution, they tried to push me to cancel—knowing I wouldn’t be refunded.
That’s a lose-lose setup for the customer and completely inappropriate. They eventually offered a lower-value substitute instead of honoring the order; still charging me for the original item. I've seen them do this to dashers when I've been in person. This is a scammy pattern of behavior.
My Dasher was great and handled everything professionally—this issue was entirely on the store.
If you can’t fulfill an order, don’t accept it. This was an attempted misuse of the system at my expense.
