Loved the Birria Pizza! The salsa it comes with adds the perfect kick. Radishes were a great touch. Consomé was very rich and delicious!

this is genius! meat is tender and spiced perfectly. all the extras we american expect to find in an Al pastor taco, to get on top of a thick chewy pizza crust. the lime is absolutely necessary and the salsa is 🔥🔥🔥. delicious but with jalapenos... a little much. my only complaint is that the Al 6. Al Pastor Pizza has pineapple on it which wasn't listed as an ingredient. that was a very unpleasant surprise for me as I hate pineapple however, if you like pineapple I'm sure it helps cut some do ce down and adds another layer of flavor. Love this idea and definitely one of my new favorite restaurants!

The Birria pizza is pretty darn good. The meat is the definite hero. The crust has a nice chewy texture with a bit of crunchy char on the outside from the wood burning oven. It goes well with optional consome.

First time seeing this place on here, gave it a shot and yes the 7. Birria Pizza smacked , definitely get some Consomé w that too
