Will never order from here again. The burger was awful and completely wrong—we asked for a plain burger and it came loaded with everything.
The 3-piece chicken fingers were also disappointing. The pieces were extremely small, even smaller than McDonald’s nuggets. Overall, very poor quality and not worth the money.

I ordered from here because my granddaughter wanted a milkshake. The food is just as disgusting as I remembered from the last time I made the mistake of eating here. NEVER again!!!
I ordered the butter hamburger and it was inedible. I swear they melted an entire stick of butter in a single, paper-thin hamburger patty. The bun was dripping and soggy. I was only able to choke down two bites of it before I had to throw it out because I couldn't taste anything except seared butter. The after taste is so bad that I'm still tasting it even after brushing my teeth twice.
I'll be sticking with McDonald's when the grandkids are here from now. At least the price matches the quality there.

Look I love Steak 'n Shake but tonight this was the worse double butter burger i ever had im so disappointed it was so over cooked and hard 20 buck just waisted

Frisco Melts are always great. The shakes are delicious. My only complaint is that I ordered extra Frisco sauce and didn't get it. :(

Food was horrible. Frisco melt was BLACK from being burnt on both sides. Chicken tenders were very dry & inedible. Fries were cold, tiny & mushy. Plus forgot our drinks
