I order from here constantly, the Shrimp Cocktail is fresh as well as tasty, and their iced tea is a great portion size.

I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and overall the flavor of the soup itself was really good. The broth was well-seasoned, and I appreciated that all the toppings were packaged on the side so everything stayed fresh and not soggy. The only downside was the chicken, which was unfortunately very tough and hard to enjoy. If this had been a veggie version, it would have been excellent. With more tender chicken, this would easily be a great dish.

We typically love Gloria's and the soup is amazing but this time it was inedible. So salty and tasted off. I called to let the "manager" know and they couldn't care less. Said oh well. Not the customer service we've had in the past. This was very disappointing and makes me wonder if something's changed.

Everything was exquisite. Prime steak, well cooked, flavorful and juicy. The soup had the authentic taste of being home made. Simply delicious.
