Seriously the best ice cream in DTLA. The milkshakes are insane good!! I'm in love with the cookie butter and matcha Oreo. Ube also so fire!
The vegan flavors are the best I've had.

The Matcha Ube Brownie Sundae is the best I've ever had. And the cheesecakes are so freaking delicious! 28 Wishes has literally the best ice cream in DTLA.

Guess the portions got smaller ? I ordered a sundae with 2 flavors (ferrero rocher and blueberry muffin) and barely got any ferrero rocher lol . Tasted good but if we're gettin skimped the price should drop a little for the lack of ice cream .

Low quality ingredients . Cookie was hard and dry as hell . Ice cream didn't taste good either . Overall gross. Pictures aren't the same as the product

Back again because I just discovered the Butter Beer Flavor and it's been life changing.
Got it in a Brownie Sundae and it was the highlight of my night.
Also the cheesecake bites are so good!!
On top of that, they do Deep dish pizzas now!!
