Excellent sushi, the best in surprise Arizona that taste is outstanding and it's very fresh. I will definitely be ordering again thank you trappers sushi!

Skimpy portions. Fried Calamari was $11.50 for 5 small, soggy pieces. The Phoenix Roll also looked sad with only a pinch of salmon inside. Brooklyn roll wasn't too bad, but wasnt spicy as advertised. Do I think it was worth $55? No. Would I order from here again? Def not.

I normally have zero complaints about trappers. I have ordered from them multiple times and been absolutely thrilled with the quality and presentation. However, this time they have fallen short. I ordered the rainbow California roll and while it is rolled nice and neat, there is not very much fish on top at all. It looks like they just grabbed the bottom bits of the barrel and threw it on there.

This roll was pretty much just rice and breading. There was only a tiny speck of salmon in each piece which is disappointing for a 14$ roll.

Normally this is my go to place for sushi but this time the rice was really undercooked, almost hard. Really wish they were always consistent with quality.
