Best udon I've had in Brooklyn hands down. Their hand made udon noodles have the perfect consistency, chewy eith the right amount of bounce/bite.
Would recomend the Yasai Ebi Tempura Udon if you're looking for something a bit lighter. The broth is super crisp and refreshing and the tempura was all super light and flakey.
Would recommend the Beef Steak Udon if you're looking for something a bit more hardy. Broth was super rich and had a nice beefy umami flavor.

The chicken Karaage Fried Chicken isn't the best but it is a large portion. Especially the bogo deal I got for it. Yasai Ebi Tempura Udon(Hot broth) is just okay as well. After eating at Raku, no Udon tastes the same. And for over $20 a dish.. it needs to be way better. I was full though.

The yasai udon broth is sublime, it's hearty and rich but doesn't feel heavy. You can tell from the richness that it's a stock that's made on a slow simmer for hours and hours. With hints of yuzu, shiso and spring onion. All individually bold flavors but not in this broth. It's very subtle and light. Very complex and delicious. I recommend you order extra udon because you're going to want to sip every drop of the soup. The veggies and shrimp were tasty and abundant. The portion is a very good size. Everything is packaged separately and you assemble the soup with the noodles and tempura to experience the meal as if you are in the restaurant. Oh, and the udon is chewy and firm. Perfectly cooked! Amazing for delivery! Five stars all around!

this is my favorite restaurant for udon. it is so fresh and flavorful. the noodles are qq. and soup makes me feel better when im not feeling well. thank u!

The takout container reminded me of eki-bento in Japan. Food was delicious! Definitely plan on stopping by to dine in person soon.
