Ticks all the boxes. They make almost everything from scratch. The pizza is really good. Have never had an errant bad piece of lettuce in a salad. Saw some folks leaving reviews that there are burnt spots on bottom of pies and "dust/flour" from other pies suggesting the pizza oven wasn't clean. Y'all. They have a hot as hell traditional pizza oven. It's Neopolitan style and you get some spots with some extra char. The oven is literally sterile inside! You let stuff burn up, you don't wipe it out after every single use. For me it adds to the flavor and I love it - but if you're used to Dominoes this may not be for you!

Pizza was burnt and missing my chicken I added. Whipped Feta Dip came in a tiny cup and barely had a veggies.

We've ordered noble funk delivery once before and eaten there several times, it's one of our favorite pizza places in Louisville. I do feel they need to work on their delivery quality and offerings. One of our pizzas tonight was very undercooked, which we have never experienced there before. The menu options on DoorDash are more limited than the in-restaurant menu and significantly more expensive (imo). I'm hoping they can improve these issues and I'll happily pay extra for the convenience of quality delivery.

If you love a nasty delicious pizza, this is the place. Thin, greasey, marvelous. Just what I've been looking for. I'll be back!

The Pepperoni was just okay. The Date Nite Pizza was very good. The sweetness of the dates balances really well with the bacon.
