Tortas & Cemitas
Homemade Mexican sandwiches filled with your choice of protein. Cemitas are prepared with quesillo, refried beans, avocado slices, papalo, and chipotle peppers. Tortas are prepared with refried beans, jalapeños, cheese, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
Burritos, Tacos y Tostadas
Burrito: Flour tortilla wraps with rice, refried beans, onions, cilantro, sour cream, hot sauce, and guacamole. Tacos: Order of 3 soft shell corn tacos with cilantro, onions, guacamole, and hot sauce Tostadas: Order of 3 flat hard-shell tortillas topped with refried beans, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheese, and hot sauce.
Flautas
Three deep fried tacos stuffed with choice of chicken, cheese or beef. Topped off with guajillo or tomatillo sauce, sour cream, cotija cheese and served with rice and beans.
Quesadillas
Three corn tortillas stuffed with melted cheese and protein of choice, topped off with choice of sauce, sour cream and cotija cheese. Served with rice and beans.
