Love this place! My bagel wasn't toasted but it doesn't matter because the quality of the bagels are so good.

I enjoyed my bagel sandwich and onion stick with flavored cream cheese. I gambled on it because i had no way of being sure of what it actually was but i was curious and satisfied. it was big enough to satisfy my appetite for breakfast. My very small coldbrew was almost as expensive as my entire sandwich and i was let down. there was not much flavor or cream in it even though i ordered some, and no way to customize it i don't think. There wasn't much in the way of packaging for food items either. It was all wrapped in tin foil and cold by the time it arrived. Fried items like hashbrowns are difficult, though, so I don't blame them for that. I will give them another try, but won't be purchasing anything other than bagels, bagels sandwiches, and cream cheese. this was the second time and last time that I will try this place. The bagels are extremely small. I don't think they understand what a pumpernickel bagel is. And it seems like the only butter they have has cinnamon and sugar in it. I don't know what's going on with their soup either. The soup stock is bland and the matzo balls taste like sawdust.

The food is fine, it's edible. It's low quality, maybe similar to airport food. The cream cheese is good. The bagel I ordered toasted wasn't toasted. Nothing to spread the cream cheese with and no napkins. The bacon is likely microwave bacon, the egg didn't seem fresh either. Maybe frozen or pre-made. The food is fine, but I won't go out of my way to get this again. There are much better options.
