the french toast bagel was phenomenal. bagel tasted fresh wasn't stale goof amount of bacon and egg would definitely order again.

I ordered a bagel with lox
The description specifically stated that it comes with capers and red onions.
They were not there. 
It was just lox and cream cheese.
I also ordered a cappuccino and got a hot chocolate.
Then I instructed the delivery person to open the front door and come up the stairs because I can't do the steps.
She left it outside on the stoop and didn't even ring the bell.
It's a shame because when I go to yummy bagels in person, I never have a problem.
I do love this place. They have excellent food and excellent employees..
This time I was very disappointed I'm sorry to say.

Bagel was burnt (over toasted). no ketchup added. and no extra egg as requested.
