I had the Number 2 Combo with beef and gyro meat and it was so flavorful and tender, and I got the side salad with house dressing which was honestly so delicious and the vegetables were so fresh and crisp! and the hummus and pita are simply amazing, the pita is warm and the hummus is bursting with flavor and deliciously smooth. a new favorite!

If only it actually looked like that! No pesto. No olive oil. Whole leaves of basil -- I guess I'm expected to chiffonade them myself. (NOTE: I do not have those knife skills. Who does?) And, it's tomato season -- and mine look like out-of-season tomatoes that have no tomato aroma or taste.
But gee, I did get black olives and banana peppers (chiffonaded, no less) neither of which is included in the description and which I don't like!)
It seems so many of these restaurants just post stock photos of somebody else's dish. Although the burger you get at McDonald's rarely looks like the one in the ad, I'm not expected to pay $20 for it.

not hapoy. very small portion size for NOLA's lagniappe culture. The food is ok but not one I would recommend to any friend. the hummus is the best I've ever had.. creamy, smooth..which is why I did 3 vs 2 stars. the fish is not fresh...small salad for the price I paid.. im disappointed.

meat is delicious however portions are quite small. i got the Foul Medames Platter expecting $20 of beans would be able to give at least 3 portions but it's more like 2. food is not garnished like photos. salad was weak and not worth the cost.

We adore Cleo's. Everything was first rate as usual, with special shout out to the Octopus Salad Octopus Salad, portions on the combo platter are generous and guarantee leftovers. Hummus was well spiced and smooth as butter.
