I recently ordered from Shiromaru and was thoroughly impressed. It was my first time trying tonkotsu, and the broth was amazing and flavorful with the perfect medium spice level. The Classic Tonkotsu was delicious and satisfying. The Salmon Lemon Roll was phenomenal, with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Overall, a fantastic meal that I highly recommend!

Took one bite of Salmon Lemon Roll and it is amazing! It does have a kick if you're into that. The portion is great for the size and quality of flavor and freshness of the sushi. 10/10

Absurdly good ramen and chashu, and authentic ramen. Easily the best in Detroit. As good as many ramen shops I had at Japan. In fact, the chashu was honestly incredible. Only criticism I would recommend is some contrasting flavoring oil for the Tonkotsu ramen (such as garlic oil, etc). And maybe more broth in the servings.

Eel Cucumber Roll was not enjoyable. The seawrap wrap broke open on all 6, I opened my box to be disappointed. Also, there was an extra slimey/chewy/crunchy layer on the pieces of eel. Ive never experienced that before when ordering eel. I couldn't eat more than two.
Gyoza was great & Seattle Roll was too.
