Ordered Beef Crepes / 香茜牛肉腸粉 but whoever made them are very inconsistent. There were some that had a very thin layer of meat and others were full of meat. Steamed Beef Ball / 山竹牛肉丸are way too mushy, not good. Pan Fried Turnip Dumpling / 香煎蘿蔔糕was ok. Also got the Minced Beef and Egg White Soup / 西湖牛肉羹 looks meaty. Haven't tried it yet but sure it's good. Had a craving for Crispy Spring Rolls / 齋春捲 and it hit the spot.

Hometown Style Ginger Chicken / 沙薑鷄煲 was mostlying bone and bristle. pieces of wings. very little actual edible Chicken. Good flavor though.
The House Special Fried Rice / 明苑炒飯 was not sent as ordered. It only has tiny shrimps and boiled eggs!

3orders of steamed spare ribs was Not nicely packed overflowing from the paper box . Sauce leaks out inside the plastic bag ..spilled out as well at the outside cover of the pork / custard buns !
I suggest food items with sauce should be pack on a microwavable container !!
Sorry to say I forgot to take a picture of the mess !!

The portion of Stir-fried Sea Cucumber & Mix Mushrooms / 什菌爆海參 and Hometown Style Ginger Chicken / 沙薑鷄煲is very small. The chicken has more bones than meat. The taste is okay.
