The lobster roll was not hot like advertised, more like room temp warm. It was seasonless and the whole pieces of lobster made the texture inedible. The whole pieces of lobsters made the roll soggy. The quality was underwhelming considering advertising as an upscale restaurant. Would not recommend the lobster roll here. There are definitely better options elsewhere for the same price.

The FINZ LOBSTER MAKI 10PC and SALEM HOT CHICKEN SANDWICH were amazing. The STEAK TIPS were just okay, very tough and hard to chew. SIDE MASHED POTATO was a good portion but super lumpy and flavorless. SIDE MIX VEGETABLES was well seasoned and great for the price point. Definitely think BASKET OF ROLLS (4) should automatically come with a meal, so thats a con for me. They were also stale, but hey

The food at Finz is delicious but my issue was the price for the Chowder. $12 for half a cup is steep and not worth it when most of it was liquid.

I usually love the food at Finz; it’s worth the price. But today, unfortunately, it wasn't up to the usual standard—the sushi was far from what it usually is, and it wasn't good.
