We always get the omakase. Great variety of very large pieces of super-fresh fish. We particularly enjoy the fresh (powerful!) wasabi which enhances the whole experience.

I love Amami sushi, the quality of the fish is superb and the rolls are delicious and perfect. This place is my go to sushi spot. I usually get sushi combos since they're a good amount of food for the price.

The miso soup had a strange flavor; not like most others I've tried. It possibly wasn't fresh. I wouldn't order again. However, the Romeo & Juliet did taste fresh and the fish was good quality. Portion size of the roll was perfect for one.

Awful!! Super stiff rice like from the grocery store and their fish tasted super fishy. Also the yellowtail they put in my roll was the part of the fish you are suppose to cut off... it was so dark I thought it was tuna till I looked closer. And I worked in a sushi place I know my fish. The crab in the crab maki roll was barely visible. Crab and avocado were the only ingredients so to skimp on the crab is unacceptable. Paid $60 for grocery stores quality. Never again. Stay away.

Was very disappointed to find my special request was not honored. I ordered $200 worth of food and asked for no ginger or wasabi and it came with a huge pile of both, soaking my sushi. The sushi that managed to escape was good. They also forgot my tempura.
