I almost didn’t order because it was a little pricey and the restaurant was pretty far away. BUT OH MY GOD, I’M SO GLAD I DID!!!
The portions are absolutely MASSIVE, and the food is INSANELY DELICIOUS!!! I’m not even exaggerating when I say this place is better than most restaurants I’ve tried in Korea!
Every single bite was PURE HEAVEN. Seriously, HOW IS THE FOOD THIS GOOD?!

The beef short ribs tasted like leather boot straps wrapped in fat. There were only three thin pieces in the Option C. That was the only item I was looking forward to. The Hawaiian Bacon was under cooked chewy and grisly. The Honey Chicken was decent but after choking down the first two and having to spit most of it out I wasn't really hungry anymore.
I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to a delightful and delicious meal.

I've ordered from Gen over 10 times since they opened, and their food and sides are great. But I need to talk about some changes. First, they got rid of the spicy ramen that came with the plate, which I loved. The pineapple and special sauce over rice are gone too. Second, today was a letdown. The plate size is much smaller now, and there's barely enough meat for the price. Can it go back to how it was?

The food here is really good, second time ordering this week. The only problem I have is they line the bottom of the dish with lettuce. Also the premium steak is bland and not worth the money, but everything else I highly recommend, especially the short ribs!
