The bagels were the correct flavors but I paid for extra cream cheese and instructed to slice, toast, and put cream cheese on one of the bagels. The bagels were only sliced but not toasted and I received enough cream cheese but not the portion I paid for. Bagels were 10/10 amazing flavor. Not super satisfied with the lack of attention to instructions.

Ordered a dozen bagels. Specific flavors and requested to be contacted if they were not available. No one contacted me. I basically got a dozen plain bagels with one blueberry that I didn't order. Why have the option to contact me if they don't use it. Also the quality was not that great. They seemed stale to me. I would not order again.

My latte did not come with caramel and my plain bagel with salt tasted like it was an onion bagel not mention they put 3 pounds of cream cheese on one tiny bagel

REALLY good! The bagels are so good and I tried a few different types of cream cheese that were all really good.
