Pleasantly surprised... I've been in this area for 3 years now and continuously disappointed in the local food but took a chance & tried the Fried Catfish Lunch! YOMmee!! crispy, flaky, seasoned well, tender catfish inside... not greasy at all. Hush puppies had a light sweetness to it that was different but just went well together. The tartar sauce was 👌🏽

The Crawfish etouffee was okay Even though half of it ended up at the bottom of the bag the jambalaya was trash it was more like a soup than Jambalaya Side The catfish fillet with very small for $7 for a piece it was definitely not fried 1 pc. Catfish

Horrible crawfish - tiny, all the legs had fallen off and there's was a shell and bad in my box. No flavor and this was a boil
Bag, would thing there would be potatoes and corn but none. And they left out my butter as well tha I pad for.

I am disappointed -- this is my third time ordering from here. maybe there is a change in chef or staff but quality dropped. I ordered a lunch gumbo special. I knew the portions weren't going to be as big as a regular dinner platter but I was given a side order cup (like the ones from pop.eyes; small) with tax $14 for a side order cup was insulting!!! to add to disappointment it was just red beans with a mild appearance of greens and rice, no meat. the flavor was off like burned seasoning. I wouldn't order again, sadly. My son said his catfish was salty.

The fry's were cold, limp and burned. Everything else was good. The red beans and rice was nice and spicy. The shrimp were delicious. The catfish was firm and flaky. And love the hush puppies as always.
